- missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing

- frameworks and methodologies
- tools and templates
You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not:
- copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
- share access with others
- use materials to create competing products or services
You agree not to:
- misuse the platform or attempt unauthorised access
- share or distribute content without permission
- use the Services for unlawful purposes
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

We do not guarantee:
- specific business outcomes
- financial results
- performance improvements
Results will vary depending on individual circumstances and application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
